Welcome to the July issue of the Envirowash Newsletter! As temperatures rise, we’re hard at work bringing fresh curb appeal and historic preservation to properties across Central Virginia. Our team had the pleasure of restoring the driveway and entrance walk of a beautiful Richmond-area home. The homeowners noticed that their aggregate concrete had lost its luster due to seasonal buildup, but they wanted a solution that was gentle on surfaces and safe for their lush landscaping. We applied a professional surface cleaning using eco-friendly detergents and precision pressure washing to remove embedded dirt, mildew, and discoloration, carefully protecting nearby flower beds and grass throughout the process. We sealed the aggregate concrete, which keeps the gravel and stones in place, protects them from damage, and extends their lifespan. At Envirowash, we take pride in using responsible cleaning methods to help our clients maintain the value and beauty of their homes. Envirowash was honored to restore the historic Virginia State Capitol once again—an iconic property that requires the utmost care and recognition for its cultural significance. Our team utilized advanced soft washing techniques, precision equipment, and eco-responsible detergents to gently remove environmental buildup from the Capitol’s delicate columns and facade. Our deep experience in historical property maintenance ensured we met strict guidelines while enhancing the Capitol’s stately appearance for visitors and the community. Eli sets the tone for excellence and integrity every day, ensuring that jobs are completed safely and that we exceed customer expectations. His mantra is “Leave everything better than you found it.” He embodies the Golden Rule, treating everyone with the same kindness and respect he’d want in return. When he’s not on the job, Eli plays the keyboard and sings at his church, reflecting his strong faith and his focus on living a purposeful life. Also, Eli is a big fan of steak (the classic American favorite!), but his top foods come straight from his roots: Mexican Barbacoa, Caldo de Res (Mexican beef soup), and Tamales—all packed with flavor and tradition! Eli is a man with big dreams and a plan to match—he’s working hard to buy a house here in a few years while already owning one back in Mexico. His personal, professional, and spiritual goals drive him to show up and give his best every day.
