October is the month of transformation as the air gets cooler, the leaves turn gold and crimson — and spooky cobwebs start showing up where they shouldn’t! We're here to help you shake off the grime and get a fresh start before winter. This month, we highlight a beautifully restored aggregate driveway and the cleaning of the historic Washington Building in Capitol Square ( a tall project indeed!). No tricks here; only clean, lasting results you can see. No matter the month, we’re proud to help our neighbors prepare their homes and businesses for the season ahead. Be sure to check out the "Ask the Expert" section and our employee spotlight!
Aggregate Driveway RestorationThis month, we are showcasing an aggregate driveway for a Central Virginia homeowner. After years of use and seasonal wear, their exposed aggregate driveway had become cracked and dull. Our team performed a detailed cleaning, followed by professional crack repair and sealing that blended seamlessly with the original surface. The cleaning provided a smooth, restored finish that looks great and protects against moisture and freeze-thaw damage all winter long. The Washington Building in Richmond, VAthis month

Pollen, moisture, and debris can take a toll on exterior surfaces, making this one of the most important times of year for a thorough cleaning. A professional cleaning removes these contaminants safely and prepares surfaces for additional services like sealing or staining. Starting early in the season helps prevent deeper staining and keeps maintenance manageable...

Brick, patios, walkways, and entry areas are some of the first places to collect pollen, moisture, and organic debris. Left untreated, this buildup can dull surfaces, create slippery conditions, and even contribute to long-term staining. This month, we’re highlighting two projects...
