May is a season favorite; it's warm enough to enjoy outside and to get your property ready for those summer rushes and outdoor activities. This month’s newsletter features before-and-after transformations of a commercial roof and a residential roof along with an aggregate driveway that wows. Plus, be sure to check out this month's employee spotlight! Wondering what you may have missed in prior newsletters? Check out the link at the bottom to view previous newsletters. COMMERCIAL PROJECT HIGHLIGHT:Commercial Roof RestorationOur team tackled a large commercial TPO/EPDM roof with a specialized soft wash approach. This high-rise roof had collected layers of dirt and discoloration that dulled its appearance and reduced its reflective capabilities. Because these surfaces require extra care, we tested multiple stain removal products on-site and identified the perfect combination to safely and effectively clean the roof without causing damage. In addition to rubber roof washing, Envirowash also offers rubber roof coating applications—a great follow-up to protect your roof long-term. Clean, coat, and extend the life of your roof, all with one expert team. The result is a brighter, cooler, and more efficient roof. Routine cleaning, such as this, prevents buildup that can shorten the lifespan of roofing systems, ultimately saving money on repairs and replacements down the road. RESIDENTIAL PROJECT HIGHLIGHT:Slate Roof and Aggregate Driveway RefreshThis month, we helped one homeowner transform their property from faded to flawless. Our team began by carefully pressure washing the home's driveway, eliminating grime and buildup that had dulled its original color. We followed that up with a sealing treatment to protect the refreshed surface from moisture and staining. The dramatic “before and after” difference speaks for itself—bright, clean aggregate that looks new again. The roof received a thorough soft wash treatment to restore its beauty and protect it for the seasons ahead. Once shadowed by black streaks and buildup, the roof reveals the gorgeous, natural tones underneath.

February in Richmond brings unpredictable weather, as evidenced by our recent ice storm. But even without the drastic storms, we still experience fluctuations between freezing mornings and sunny, spring-like afternoons, and everything in between. While spring may feel close, winter buildup is still quietly impacting your outdoor spaces. Moisture, organic growth, and debris continue settling into roofing systems, siding, and concrete surfaces. Left untreated, these conditions can shorten the...
As we kick off the new year, many outdoor surfaces begin to tell the story of the months behind us. Shade, moisture, fallen leaves, and limited airflow can quietly take a toll—especially on wood decks, steps, and walkways that are used year-round. This month, we’re highlighting a residential project that’s a great example of how thoughtful cleaning can completely reset an outdoor space without aggressive methods. You’ll also find a commercial project update and tips on what services to...

December is a time to reflect, but it’s also a great moment to look ahead. Planning exterior maintenance now helps ensure your property is ready when spring arrives.
