PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:

STONE PAVER REFRESH

Check out these gorgeous stone pavers! This project's focus was to provide a detailed cleaning and surface restoration for this incredible outdoor area.

Our team worked methodically around landscaping, stone beds, and architectural features, using professional equipment and controlled application techniques to lift organic buildup and embedded grime without disturbing surrounding materials.

We covered a large paver patio, steps, retaining walls, and walkways, restoring to a clean, even appearance. The pavers display consistent coloration while the steps are clean and well-defined, enhancing both aesthetics and safety.

Overall, this project is another great example of the value of professional, low-pressure surface cleaning as part of routine property maintenance. Proper care not only restores and protects hardscapes from long-term staining and deterioration, preserving both function and visual appeal of the property.

COLONIAL DOWNS

At this busy intersection near Towne Center West, our team was tasked with restoring a long stretch of white fencing that had accumulated dirt, organic buildup, and traffic-related grime.

Using our low-pressure soft wash system, we carefully cleaned the fence from top to bottom, lifting stains and restoring a bright, uniform finish without damaging the material or surrounding landscape.

Clean fencing enhances curb appeal and also helps prevent long-term discoloration, mold growth, and premature wear—especially in high-traffic commercial areas.

We’re grateful to have Eli as part of Envirowash’s leadership team. He leads by example, setting a high standard for safety, quality, and accountability on every job.

Eli believes strongly in doing things the right way, guided by a simple principle he lives by: leave everything better than you found it. His approach reflects a deep respect for both our customers and his teammates, grounded in fairness, kindness, and integrity.

Outside of work, Eli’s faith plays a central role in his life. He enjoys playing the keyboard and singing at his church, using music as a way to serve and stay connected. When it comes to food, while he appreciates a good steak, his favorites reflect his heritage—Mexican Barbacoa, Caldo de Res, and Tamales, each rich in tradition and flavor.

Eli is motivated by big goals and steady planning. He’s working toward purchasing a home locally while already owning one in Mexico, and that same focus drives him to give his best every day personally, professionally, and spiritually.
