The Virginia Executive Mansion, located in Richmond, is a historical landmark and the oldest continuously occupied governor’s residence in the United States. Preserving its beauty and structural integrity is essential to honoring Virginia’s rich history and ensuring it remains a symbol of pride for generations to come.

Environmental factors such as dirt, grime, and organic buildup can deteriorate its surfaces over time, requiring specialized care to maintain its historic charm.

The Department of Historical Resources (DHR) lists Envirowash as a Qualified Historical Building Restoration Service Provider. We have the expertise and understanding of precision necessary to clean and restore such significant properties.

Using state-approved techniques and equipment, we washed the mansion’s delicate brick and masonry, ensuring a thorough cleaning without compromising the structure’s integrity or historical character.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MEET ELI!

This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Eli, a key member of our leadership team. Eli sets the tone for excellence and integrity every day, ensuring that jobs are completed safely and that we exceed customer expectations. His mantra is “Leave everything better than you found it.” He embodies the Golden Rule, treating everyone with the same kindness and respect he’d want in return.

When he’s not on the job, Eli plays the keyboard and sings at his church, reflecting his strong faith and focus on living purposefully. Also, Eli is a big fan of steak (the classic American favorite!), but his top foods come straight from his roots: Mexican Barbacoa, Caldo de Res (Mexican beef soup), and Tamales—all packed with flavor and tradition!

Eli is a man with big dreams and a plan to match—he’s working hard to buy a house here in a few years while already owning one back in Mexico. His personal, professional, and spiritual goals drive him to show up and give his best every day.

No more mold, spider webs, or plain dirt! It's so clean and bright and white! Every surface on this house is remarkably clean! The light fixtures..the windows and the ceiling of the porch is spotless! I was in the house with my small dog (who I thought was going to be total spooked) from the sound. Because of their system with hot water it was not loud at all! She paid no attention to it at all! The guys who came were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of our home.
