March is here, and after months of harsh weather, salt buildup, and grime, now is the perfect time for a pre-spring refresh. This month’s newsletter features before-and-after transformations of a white fence restoration and graffiti removal that highlight the power of professional cleaning. Our Ask the Expert section covers how a March pressure wash can help reduce allergens, prep decks for staining, and enhance curb appeal before the peak spring season. You’ll also find helpful a spotlight on one of our dedicated team members and a link to view previous newsletters you may have missed. Read on for all the details! PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: MILES OF CLEAN AT COLONIAL DOWNSWhite fences are beautiful—until dirt, mildew, and grime take over. Over time, this can leave fences dull and discolored. For this project at Colonial Downs, we cleaned a massive 16,000-foot (3.5-mile) stretch just in time for race season. Using our efficient soft wash system, we restored the fence’s crisp, clean appearance without damage. Regular maintenance like this boosts curb appeal and helps prevent long-term staining, mold buildup, and costly repairs. Whether your fence project involves a small backyard or miles of trackside fencing, our team will make a significant impact quickly, safely, and effectively. PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: PRESERVING A HISTORIC SCHOOLWe recently partnered with a general contractor to prepare a historic Petersburg school for renovation. This meticulous cleaning included everything from the interior hallways and courtyard to the building’s exterior. The once graffiti-covered walls, including original tile and masonry, were carefully restored using our specialized low-pressure system. Sometimes, cleaning means more than an excellent pressure wash. With this project, we provided a clean slate for a renovation that honors the building’s historic character while making way for its next chapter.
